Wedding Cakes - 11th December 2016 (WEEk 1)

Another wedding cake catered from Nasha's customer that came to this inspired two-toned Redvelvet and Chocolate Moist Cake. It also contrasts with the background colour of the reception in Blue and white. The is also made from a two-tired layer with stand in between of the base cake.

Birthday Cake & Engagement Cake - 10th December 2016 (WEEK 1)

For week 1 posts upon business transaction is a Horse Themed birthday cake to Dania whom is turning to 10 years-old which the cake is literally a cheese and blueberry fondant cake. The second cake on the same dated day is an sponsored engagement cake to Zhariff's cousin engagement reception Mohd Khairul (bob) & Shahizan whom is getting engage on the day after (11th December 2016) at Kelantan.

Introductionary to Business -12th January 2017 (WEEK 6)

Assalamualaikum Dear Blog readers,

First of all, this blog was created to assign our assignment upon Business using Blog aids. So, the business we choose is from Zhariff's mother business references whom she owns a business of selling homemade cakes and cookies under the name of " Sapphire Homemade Cake & Cookies" through her facebook page. Denoted that this blog was suppose to be created since week 2 but then was procrastinated till week 6 but the information upon the upcoming post will be differ to actual date post upon sales transactions.

History

Sapphire Homemade Cake & Cookies, was established since 2012 under the enterprise business organization with a small business of selling Raya Cookies with changes to the enterprises name as follows :

RAS Homemade Cakes & Cookies       - 2012

RSZ Homemade Cakes & Cookies        - 2013

Sapphire Homemade Cakes & Cookies - 2015

       The business was then accomplished through high profit returns with only single handed person handling the baking chores but the rest of the business such as advertising, packaging, and designing was done by the family members themselves.

This blog will regularly update upon business transaction and sales that was selected since WEEK 1 of the semester by User Anas Safwan, User Azhnol Amriel and User Zhariff M.Razak
