Identical Birthday Cake - 2nd & 3rd February 2017 (MID-SEM BREAK)

Assalamualaikum,

Upon the stated date, Sapphire Homemade Cakes and Cookies has made two identical cheese both inside out cakes for two different customers with the same celebrations which is their birthdays. A simple 1 and half kilograms Cheese Cakes coated with Cheese floss toppings to add the final touch and of course 30% fondant made toppings. The other identical cake was made a difference with fruit added toppings.

Anniversary Cake & Birthday Cake - 30th January 2017 (MID-SEM BREAK)

Assalamualaikum Dear Bloggers.

Two days later after the CNY celebration, An order came in as to cater in order of chocolate moist cake that is covered with butter cream layers upon as an anniversary gifts from a very humble doctors for all of her staff wards. All decorations above are 70% Butter cream and 30% Fondant (Flowers & Headings).

Upon the same day as well. two different birthday cakes were made to celebrate both parents birthday which the one was coated with almond chips while the other cake was a plain cheese cake with Strawberry half-cut toppings. Both cakes have 80% of Butter cream and chocolate layered toppings while the other 20% are hardened fondant and fruits.

Large Cupcakes - 27th January 2017 (WEEK 8)

Assalamualaikum to all dear blogger readers,

As for the stated week upon the title, Mrs. Saboora made such wonderful and realistic Chinese New Year themed large chocolate moist cupcakes. Althought she din't actually sell them off, She'd gave them as a CNY gift to all our neighbours are celebrating CNY as to say in the year of Roster. There are about 5 boxes of these cupcakes and contains four cupcakes in each boxes. All of the cupcakes decoration are made out of hardened fondant with selective colours.

Birthday Cake - 21st January 2017 (WEEK 7)

Assalamualaikum,

A custom made cake pokemon cake was designed that interested to both current customers of RSZ Enterprise Transportation Child's Birthday that was combined with his father's birthday as well. this two tiered cake is a full fondant made cake that weight around 2 kilograms.

Birthday Cake - 4th February 2017 (MID- SEM BREAK)

Assalamualaikum to all dear blogger readers.

Two days before the Mid-Semester Break of UiTM Melaka, which means all three users of these blog would return to Melaka and start updating this blog upon previous posts before to be late on checked by our lecturer Mrs. Noor Azzura. Sapphire Homemade Cakes & Cookies received last minute order right after completing the handbag cake upon mixture a new and simple football designed cake for RSZ Enterprise Transportation valued customer whom requested the cake to be done in 2 days time.
A simple red velvet cake that is layered with 70% Green like grass butter cream and 20% Sugar tasted rock decorations and 10% fondant headings. The cake received a well- positive feedback althought it is prepared in a very last minutes with a rushing situation.

Birthday Cake - 3rd February 2017 (MID-SEM BREAK)

To the stated above dated that Sapphire Homemade Cakes and Cookies made a blast in designed one of the out of comfort zone cake which was never to be designed before by the enterprise. A true-life made 100% fondant mixture with edible image cake in a  Louis Vuitton brand handbag for a client's request upon her boss-mother birthday cake. It takes hours to complete minor details of the handbag cake such as its handle, locker brand tag, handle rings and its logo which a process of hardening a delicate fondant to avoid of breakage when handling the fondants. Special mixture of colours to produce unique colours for the lining added touch of the cake handbag.

Birthday Cake - 11th January 2017 (WEEK 6)

Assalamualaikum Dear Blog Readers,

Upon the latest update of Sapphire Cakes is a Pokémon themed Birthday Cake. The two-tired almost to three-tired cake is vibrant designed with striking colours and cuttings of moulds the decorates the cake as requested by the customer. The cake wholly is made out of fondant because the design requested is a hard-end made design where not all creams could be shaped into one. Therefore, fondant are used to make hardcore designs which are interesting and artistic. The almond and vanilla cake is celebrated at the customer's child Ayanesmurugan at his school on 11th January 2017.

Anniversary Cake - 8th January 2017 (WEEK 5)

Assalamualaikum dear Blogger Readers,

After quite some times that Sapphire Homemade Cakes and Cookies did not bake such anniversary cakes as the last anniversary cake was a very large in yellow cake. Currently, upon customer's requested to whom their parents 49th Anniversary wedding year celebrated joyfully came to a Buttercream with sugar flowers décor that made the cake such a magnificent designs. little did I know that this particular customer is a regular customer towards Sapphire Cakes for almost two years already.

Birthday Cake - 6th January 2017 (WEEK 5)

Finally the first cake of the year 2017, a simple decoration , it is a cheese cake with cheese cream and blueberry filling. The birthday boy is a fan of football so we did a goal at the cake. Hope you enjoy it ! And also thank you my dearest customer for repeating orders.
