Two days later after the CNY celebration, An order came in as to cater in order of chocolate moist cake that is covered with butter cream layers upon as an anniversary gifts from a very humble doctors for all of her staff wards. All decorations above are 70% Butter cream and 30% Fondant (Flowers & Headings).

Upon the same day as well. two different birthday cakes were
made to celebrate both parents birthday which the one was coated with almond
chips while the other cake was a plain cheese cake with Strawberry half-cut
toppings. Both cakes have 80% of Butter cream and chocolate layered toppings
while the other 20% are hardened fondant and fruits.
